Krystal Lokkesmoe

Director of Operations
The Boutique Lawyer

Dialed into understanding how entrepreneurs can be most impactful, Krystal Lokkesmoe has been a foundational part of building multiple 8-figure businesses in the legal, public health, and healthcare sectors.  Krystal earned her MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, with concentrations on Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a special focus on small business strategy.

In her current role as Director of Operations for a legal group which includes an Intellectual Property practice, Krystal has seen time and again how expensive ignoring the legal side of your business can be.  She encourages entrepreneurs to plan proactively rather than respond reactively.

If she’s not working on the law firm, Krystal is usually eyeballs deep in planning and strategizing for her own business.  And if she’s not doing that, she’s with her friends and family traveling, adventuring, and generally enjoying life.

Coaching vs. Consulting

Coaching is for you when:

  • You need to get over a hurdle
  • You have specific questions
  • You have a limited budget
  • You want a second set of eyes to check your work

Consulting is for you when:

  • You don't have the time
  • You don't have the capacity
  • You don't have the know-how
  • Or you don't have the interest to do it yourself
